Revision Policy
We offer revisions based on the package you select. Clients may request free revisions as long as the original brief, concept, and requirements remain the same. We do not charge for revisions unless the request requires a new direction or additional features. Our standard revision turnaround time is approximately 48 hours.
Fair Usage Policy
While we proudly offer unlimited revisions, this applies within reasonable usage—up to 30 revision rounds per project. Beyond this, additional charges may apply. This policy ensures quality, timely delivery, and a fair workflow for both the client and our team.
Refund Policy / Money-Back Guarantee
Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to protect both the Client and Amazon Ebooks Publishings. The terms below apply when a client initiates a cancellation. If Amazon Ebooks Publishings terminates a project for reasons unrelated to breach or non-performance, alternate terms may apply.
Refund Eligibility & Conditions

Cancellation (Within 24 Hours): A full refund (minus a 10% processing fee) is available if the order is canceled within 24 hours of placement. This does not apply if the initial concepts, drafts, or files have already been delivered, or if revisions were requested.

Pre-Delivery Refund: If you request a refund before receiving the initial content, you are eligible for a full refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).

Post-Delivery Refund:
1. Within 48 hours of initial delivery: Eligible for a 66% refund (minus 10% service & processing fee).
2. Between 48–120 hours of initial delivery: Eligible for a 33% refund (minus 10% processing fee).
3. After 120 hours of delivery: Refunds are not available. However, we encourage clients to contact us for further assistance, as we prioritize customer satisfaction.

Order Inactivity: If no action or response is taken for 30 days after placing the order, the project will be considered inactive, and no refund will be offered. A reactivation fee may apply depending on the scope.

Valid Refund Reasons: A refund request must align with the original brief. Refunds are granted only when the delivered work does not match the provided instructions. If the work aligns with the brief, additional revisions—not refunds—will be offered.

Final Deliverables: Once final files have been delivered, no refund requests can be accepted.

Custom Packages: Refunds for custom bundles apply individually per service. For example, approving a logo but rejecting a book cover allows a refund only on the book cover portion.

Good Faith Policy: Refunds are valid only when the order is placed in good faith. If a client orders the same project from multiple providers simultaneously with the intent to request refunds, the request will be denied.

Client Feedback Requirement: To ensure quality output, client involvement is required. Lack of feedback or delayed responses cannot be grounds for a refund.

Unique Content Guarantee: Our designs are created originally for each client. If content appears similar to an existing concept, it is purely coincidental. We are not liable for copyright claims; clients are responsible for registering their artwork.
Specific Service Refund Policies
- Book Cover Design: Refunds are not available once the final cover is approved or revisions are requested.
- Audiobook Publishing: No refund is available once narration, editing, or production has begun.
- Book Publishing: Refunds are not available after formatting has been completed or the book has been uploaded to any publishing platform.
- Book Printing: No refund is offered once printing has started.
- Book Writing: No refund is available after the first draft is delivered.
- Book Editing: Refunds are not available once the editing process has begun.
- Logo Design: No refunds after final approval.
- Website Design & Development: No refunds after the website is completed or launched.
All refund inquiries must be submitted through our support team. Amazon Ebooks Publishings reserves the right to approve or deny any request based on the terms outlined and the specific circumstances of the project.
How to Claim Your Refund
To submit a refund request, please ensure you meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.

If your request is approved, our refund department will contact you with confirmation. Once a refund is issued, all rights to the delivered content transfer to Amazon Ebooks Publishings. You may no longer use, publish, or share any part of the refunded work in any capacity.

You acknowledge that you hold no ownership or usage rights—direct or indirect—over any refunded content, media, or deliverables.

We work with government copyright agencies and may file copyright acquisition for refunded content to protect the rights and ownership of Amazon Ebooks Publishings.
